Before I say anything else, let me just tell you - loud and proud that I hang cleaned (frivände) 42.5kg x 3 today.
For me, that's massive!
(75% of my body weight to be exact...)

And it brings me that much closer to my goal: to reach an all time strength high before the end of this year.
