I´m going to be brief, because it´s been a long weekend and I´m looking forward to chilling.
Thanks to Mango, who, in my opinion is the greatest physical male role model within the fitness industry. Strong, fast, explosive, with amazing endurance, I am honored to be working with such hard-working talent!

Thanks to P who held a highly appreciated lecture during our training days and also helped out with other important bits and pieces.

Thanks to Gymnasium for letting us host our event at their beautiful, fab club in Torslanda.

Thanks to all the delegates who travelled from as far as Denmark and Norway to join us this weekend!

Extra special thank you to JO, who joined us today with that ever lasting energy, brilliant focus and positive vibe. You always know how to light up a room with your presence.
