Thanks to everyone who brightened up my evening by joining the Kettlebell Intensive class at Gymnasium tonight! Can´t believe how fast that hour passed!
I was so inspired by you guys, that I went straight home to work out for 40 minutes... Swings, double cleans, presses, push ups and pull ups. Yummy!
