To be living in the second largest city in Sweden, we are quite spoilt when it comes to the lack of traffic jams.
Unless it's Friday afternoon between 16.00-17.00. Then EVERYONE seems to be leaving the city at the same time...
Going to Älmhult this weekend to welcome our newest family member, Meya, to the world.
Thought about bringing some kettlebells, but packed my running shoes instead. I actually did a 40 min kb-session at home before I left - the first one since last weekend - and it felt great! All those little technique tips seems to have hit home!
