Just boarded X2000 with the necessities: a good book, my iPhone, water and coffee from Espresso House.
P couldn't wait to check the WOD at the crossfit website this morning.
When he started to read: "10 muscleups, 20m handstand walk, etc etc" I almost choked on my coffee...
Turns out he checked mainsite and when he finally read out the WOD from crossfit nordic I was thrilled! Olympic lifts galore and the Burgener warmup, which I've only watched on youtube so far!
It'll be a swell day!
