It is a pretty FULL on 3 days - but I've played with al the yogis before and I know that they are ready for this transformation :)

Today was a day spent with LOVELY Yoga instructors from SPORTLIFE!

THANK you for dedicating your time and breath 2day!

I am specially pleased with THE SURPRISE - that SUPERMAN himself - Mr David Multi-Intenso came and taught a workshop EXCLUSIVELY for these instructors :)




It was magic !

What was you might ask :)

Well - first of all for me to watch the yogis listen, take in and be inspired by this man (especially since many of them has taken my GLOBAL YOGA Teacher Training :)
To see him - adjust, share and really listen to the yogis in the room - skills of a true TEACHER according to me!
And for myself - to again PRACTICE with him!

Now - landing at HOME :)

Sportlife Exclusive- Gothenburg

26 Friday
kl 18-20 Multi-intenso Class

27 Saturday
kl 1130-1330 Alignment and Measure - How to adjust yoga postures and fine tune the body/mind. Slower pace, detailed instruction and thorough postural adjustments.

kl 1430-16 Conditioning - Dynamic movement, strength and endurance drills. Upbeat, athletic, exhilarating, choreographed to music :)

28 Sunday
kl 11-13 Dynamic Skill - Hand balancing, deep/advanced yoga postures explained and demonstrated and assisted.

kl 1430-16 THE Multi-intenso Class - The full multi-intenso class as taught in new york: combines all of the above with an esoteric dialogue :)

You DON'T need to come to the classes in any specific order, COME AS YOU ARE and PLAY with us!

Eppa Eppa Disco Steppa!

Well --- a weird feeling this evening - and it is a NICE one!

I am very very CALM :)

Got a FULL ON Schedule ahead of me and I am looking forward to it:

• Early Morning train to Stockholm
• Perhaps some BIKRAM to warm up before I meet Dr Dave (BodyBalance Presenter from New Zeeland) and rehears our class
• BIG Preparation meeting before THE day at GLOBEN
• Meeting up with my roomy - My FAV ANNA KEY - to long time no seen!
  
• Saturday, or should I say SUPER SATURDAY this time at GLOBEN!!! A full day with LES MILLS latest releases and GREATEST trainers. I am teaching ONE BODYBALANCE class with Dr Dave - and I am so COOL about it. There will be around 1200 participants and all I feel is JOY and LOVE. BodyBalance feels so natural to me that I don't even get stressed over the fact that it is GLOBEN, 1200 peops and THE DrDave by my side - WICKED!!
• THE AfterParty - OMG!
• Sun: THE ACADEMY at Sportlife Östermalm teaching a CARAMELCORE class - taught it last weekend in Halmstad and it felt great - let's see what happens this time :)
• Back in GBG Sun evening - will I get a home cooked meal? Feels like I do deserve one.... :)

Super Sale

MO:

I have some amazing friends. One of them is R, who on his day off arranged a phenomenal day today.
R is a high end educator in Sales. His daily fee run into x.000s. Anyway, R decided that many of his closest friends would really benefit getting better in sales and could really learn one or two things from his coaching...so today 12 of his friends gathered together and received a fantastic day of super-sales education - FOR FREE!

Thanks R - you are a star.
The stuff you taught us today was inspiring, educational, usable and it will certainly make all of us 100% better at selling our services, products, ideas, etc.

At the end of yet another weekend, I´m happy and so, so tired. I´ve entered week 33 of my pregnancy, which means: 7wks to go! The week ahead holds a lot of fun stuff:

- Beyoncé´s concert tomorrow night!
- The first out of 3 sessions informing us about the delivery and its surrounding events.
- Finding the apartment of our dreams.
- Brandy´s concert on Thursday night.
- Teaching my 2 last classes before maternity leave.
