So besides power lifting, kettlebell and yoga, my fourth and last training goal is: RUNNING.
Running for me is Meditation in Movement. I´m not running to improve times or to beat records. I´m running because I love the meditative rhythm, the feeling of lightness, the emptying of the mind and the powerful feeling of moving my body, flesh and bone over distances. And I´d like to keep it that way, at least for now.
Because training is my work, I love to keep a few training forms just for the love of movement.
Yes, I have run GöteborgsVarvet & Lidingöloppet, and yes I will do it again (faster) and I will do a marathon in the next 10 years, but right now my running focus is not results, it´s pure and simple pleasure...
